Drugs can also aid treat the symptoms of an allergic reaction, but they will not cure the allergy. Just check with the doctor or clinician before recommending certain medications for allergic reactions. Example: Antihistamines, Decongestants, Leukotriene receptor antagonists, or anti-leukotrienes and Steroid sprays.
